Consent to personal data processing
By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” at sign-up or on first launch of GymAssist, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the operator — Nikolay, a private individual — consent to process my personal data on the terms below. This consent is a separate document, as Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” requires.
1. Which data
Email address and name; Telegram ID, name and username if I sign in with Telegram; interface language; answers about my goal, experience and training frequency; workout records (exercises, sets, weights, reps, notes), plans and programs; body measurements if I enter them (body weight, body fat, girths); my nutrition plan and its marks; profile, payments and sessions in coach mode; support conversations; the source tag of my visit; technical data (IP address, browser details, sign-in token).
2. For what
To keep my training log and compute stats, load and the recovery forecast from it; to give me access to my account from different devices and recover it; to connect me with a coach if I join one myself; to answer my messages and notify me about the service; to protect the service from abuse; to improve the service using anonymised aggregate data.
3. Which actions
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating and changing, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — with or without automated means.
Access is given to a coach I joined myself (read-only and only while we are connected) and to service providers the service cannot run without: the hosting provider REG.RU, the SendPulse email service and Telegram — to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid while my account exists or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by writing to the operator by email at admin@gymassist.space, through Support inside the app, or through the feedback form at the bottom of the home page. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it.
